As part of the CyberForce Department, the Cyberforensic and Offensive Security Team (COS) is dedicated to several offensive security and forensics investigations for POST’s internal needs as well as for our external clients. It includes challenging and complex security assessments & pentesting (thick client/web/mobile), infrastructure security assessments, source code reviews and penetration testing, including wireless / radio networks and physical security. The Team is also involved in projects related to embedded devices and IoT as well as in exploit development, defense mechanisms bypasses (AV/EDR, AMSI…), reverse engineering etc.


In order to strengthen our teams, we are currently looking for a motivated and experienced  Ethical Hacker / Pentester - Red Teamer  (m/f)        

Your missions

  • Ensure high quality client engagements, including penetration testing (IoT and mobile, etc.), purple team exercises and red team
  • Coach and develop team members through sharing of experience and knowledge
  • Support and advice clients to provide adapted remediation plans
  • Provide technology watch and stay up-to-date on security trends
  • Develop custom exploit
  • Conduct internal security awareness campaigns

Your profile

  • Master’s degree in Information Security and/or IT Security with ideally relevant certifications like OSCP, OSEP
  • Benefit from, at least, 5-6 years of experience in Information/IT Security with proven and relevant expertise in offensive security, incl. ethical hacking /penetration tests
  • Have experience in vulnerability research (diffing, fuzzing, etc.) and knowledge with binary exploitation skills (BoF, UaF,etc.)
  • Be recognized for your hands-on mindset, your technical expertise as well as for your willingness and ability to coach, motivate and develop team members
  • Have a problem-solving mindset and be eager to work in a fast-paced environment and agile team
  • Be customer (internal and external) and solution-focused to propose realistic remediation plans and bring added value to customers
  • Have excellent intercultural and interdisciplinary communication capabilities in English and French
