International Account Manager

Within POST Telecom S.A., the Enterprise Sales department provides end-to-end ICT and telecom services for key account and institutional clients.
In order to strengthen our team, we are currently looking for an International Account Manager (m/f/n)
Your missions
- Ensure POST Telecom's international revenue growth by detecting new opportunities and promoting new products/solutions (IoT / M2M, cloud, datacenter, LAN, Cyber Security, Managed services, connectivity, etc)
- Develop a new network of international clients
- Create strong relationship with customers to guarantee their satisfaction and thus promote the maintenance of existing contracts and initiate new opportunities
- Contribute to the achievement of the sales objectives (quantitative/qualitative volume) set by the management
- Participate to national and international events / trainings to increase your portfolio
- Develop internal collaborations with experts in charge of products and services
Your profile
- Have a Bachelor’s degree (BAC+3) focused on ICT, telecommunication, sales or negotiation
- Benefit from, at least, 5 years of experience in a sales/commercial role
- Understand financial aspects of a commercial contract
- Be recognized for your commercial skills (sales and negotiation) as well as for your ability to generate new business opportunities in heterogeneous international technical environments
- Be able to define and implement a business development strategy
- Have strong international market knowledge, especially new technologies knowledge about the international market and ideally of new technologies and have proven experience in managing a reseller network
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and listening skills as well as a good team spirit
- Be able to analyze, summarize data and be recognized for your solution-oriented and critical mindset as well as for organizational and financial rigour
- Be ready to travel internationally (between 15% to 20%)
- Be fluent in French and English with a good understanding of German. Luxembourgish would be considered as an asset
