Within POST Technologies, the « Network Operations » service provides support for the public safety network (Renita project).

In order to strengthen our team, we are currently looking for an:  Technical Specialist Telecom  (m/f)        

Vos missions

  • Supervision, operation and maintenance of the services and equipment’s of the RENITA services, network and systems according to the ITIL processes
  • Preventive maintenance tasks, detection of problems and troubleshooting of the RENITA services, network and systems
  • Ensure the availability of the services, network and systems and uphold compliance with the Service Level Agreement
  • Plan, document and realize updates and changes to the technical RENITA systems and equipment
  • Technical Service Desk for User organization in the public safety area
  • Actively participate in continuous improvement activities. Apply best practice according to ITIL recommendations

Votre profil

  • Technical (Bac / BAC +2) degree in Communications, Electronics or in a Computer related field
  • Have, at least, 2 years of working experience in the required domain would be an advantage
  • Good knowledge of IT networks & systems, ITIL knowledge will be considered as an advantage
  • Knowledge of mobile network technology (2G/3G/4G/TETRA) will be an advantage
  • Be fluent in English (written and spoken) and German (written and spoken); Luxembourgish language skills are seen as an advantage
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstration of analytical skill
