In order to strengthen its teams, the Business Enablement Services department is looking for a team member for its Operations & Maintenance Service, whose main mission is to support and ensure the continuity of the proper functioning of BSS and OSS systems.

 DevOps Expert (m/f/n)

Your missions

  • Provide L2 support for the ZSmart B/OSS ecosystem and FOA – SOA applications to ensure availability and support for business users (POST Telecom and POST Technologies)

  • Assist with the deployment of new changes and ensure that existing infrastructures meet the needs of our clients

  • Oversee projects related to ZSmart B/OSS and manage their operational impacts for the BES-OM Service.

  • Participate in regular monitoring and control activities to anticipate or detect system or application malfunctions

  • Contribute to the definition, improvement, and execution of operational support and deployment procedures for managed applications

  • Define, document, and perform tests to validate patches or major application update

  • Participate in the 24/7 on-call rotation

Your profile

  • Have a Master’s degree in IT/Telecommunication or else have acquired during your career equivalent and duly recognized knowledge in the field

  • Have knowledge of Telecom BSS and OSS layers, with particular expertise in provisioning flows and interfaces for both fixed-line and mobile products

  • Be proficient in network and security technologies, operating systems (MS Windows and Unix-like), relational databases (Oracle/MySQL), and tools such as ServiceNow and Jira

  • Be recognized for strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset

  • Demonstrate analytical and synthesis skills, initiative, and autonomy

  • Have an excellent command of English; knowledge of French is an advantage
