POST Logistics has successfully set up over recent years a customer base and capabilities as a third-party fulfilment provider that offers order processing and services like warehousing, picking, packing and shipping. To achieve its ambitious growth targets, POST Logistics is currently looking for a Logistics / e-commerce Business Process Analyst (m/f/n)

Your missions

  • Analyze logistics tenders and develop solutions taking into account costs, prices and processes
  • Act as project manager for the implementation of won tenders
  • Analyze existing data from all logistics-related systems (warehouse management system, cross dock management system, SAP, transport management system, etc.).
  • Propose, design and implement KPI's, financial statistics for operational and management purposes to steer and control all logistics-related businesses.
  • Develop and implement a solution that enables automatic communication between all logistics-related systems to facilitate the invoicing process.

Your profile

  • Have a Master’s degree or equivalent in engineering with a focus on process modelling and/or data analysis Benefit ideally from a 5 to 7 years relevant experience with experience in project management (one of the following certifications Prince2, PMP, Lean Six Sigma is a plus), ideally in logistics / supply chain field
  • Bring relevant experience in business needs definition and analysis as well as in Business Process Management (BPM)
  • Be recognized for your excellent interpersonal, hands-on attitude and be customer and result-oriented
  • Have JIRA, MySQL knowledge and ideally Agile /SCRUM methodology
  • Have analytical and problem-solving skills and be able to define priorities, take initiatives, organize and delegate
  • Demonstrate good listening and persuasion skills and be able to lead meetings
  • Have excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English and proficient in ideally in either, French or German
