The Connectivity Platforms service designs, implements and operates the centralized mobile and fixed network elements. It ensures the technical implementation and support of the fixed and mobile data services to enable the access to Internet and the different application platforms (Voice, PostTV, etc)
In order to strengthen our teams, we are currently looking for a Mobile Packet Core Engineer (m/f)
- Participate as a technical expert to the POST’s Mobile Packet Core Evolution Project and contribute to the deployment of the 5G and renewal of the 2G/3G/4G mobile packet core.
- Join the Mobile Packet Core Team, in charge of all evolution and operational activities
- Lead or participate in technology evolution projects within the mobile packet core and define or implement the changes required to support new evolutions
- Assure and optimize level 2 and level 3 operational activities (change/incident/problem management)
- Participate to a 24/7 on -call duty cycle
- Master’s Degree in IT, Computer Engineering
- Be recognized for your knowledge and technical expertise in the mobile network domain (focus Packet Core 2G/3G/4G/5G, Signaling,etc.)
- Benefit from knowledge and experience in datacenter and IT infrastructures (networks, routing, security, virtualization, orchestration, etc.)
- Have, ideally, knowledge in programming and scripting (Python, Java, Perl and Unix/Linux shell scripting)
- Demonstrate the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Be structured, open minded and solution-oriented
- Be fluent in English. French and/or German would be a plus
