The Product Management & Solution Development is a newly created department with focus on developing the international accounts at POST Courrier. Main Target is to strengthen POST Luxembourg position on the Luxemburgish and Cross-Border Market by simplifying and standardization of postal and commercial flows from / into Luxembourg. Secondly to support the evolution from a postal operator into a commercial player by leveraging POST Luxembourg’s good relationship to International Postal / Private Companies.
Project Manager Logistics / e-commerce - International Accounts (m/f/n)
Your missions
- Be responsible for the overall project: manage budgets, project schedules, deliverables production as well as resource allocation and initiate corrective actions, if necessary
- Lead and motivate project team
- Coordinate and implement new products / solutions for international accounts
- Steer Continuous Improvement and Process Simplification Initiatives in an international environment helping to standardize new and existing business processes Implement and manage project procedures, incl. risk management, incident and change control, configuration management and communication
- Set up and manage project controls (monitoring and reporting) and advise the project steering committee on possible plans’ deviations
- Imagine new solutions for POST Courrier & Logistics, while ensuring supply chains organization, measuring performance and defining standards and efficient supply chain practices
- Ensure operational implementation of logistics strategy and cross-functional projects of POST Courrier & Logistics by working with various involved departments
Your profile
- Have a Master’s degree or equivalent in logistics / supply chain management / economy or engineering
- Benefit ideally from a 5 to 7 years relevant experience including ideally a first experience in project team management
- Demonstrate good knowledge in project management methodologies (Prince2, PMP, Lean Six Sigma, etc.) and master usual IT and project management tools
- Be recognized for your excellent interpersonal and hands-on attitude
- Have analytical and problem-solving skills and be able to define priorities, take initiatives, organize and delegate
- Demonstrate good listening and persuasion skills and be able to lead meetings
- Be customer and result oriented
- Be fluent in English and proficient in ideally both, German and French
