POST Luxembourg is currently looking for a full time Solution Designer (m/f/n)

Your responsibilities

  • Analyze and understand business needs to establish technical solutions that meet those needs and guide the business in the correct usage of the solution.
  • Leverages to the business on explaining how technology can help them on their daily activities.
  • Proposes and designs solutions in line with technical architecture which fit business requirements and support change.
  • Technically implement the proposed solutions and be able to oversee developments by other parties.
  • Ensure a technology watch mission to remain a reference in your field and help the rest of the team progress.
  • Support users in adopting new technologies.
  • Participate in the management of incidents, problems, and changes, and be able to coordinate small-scale projects.
  • Participate in the team’s on-call duties.

Your profile

  • Have a Master's degree (Bac+5) in computer science and have acquired equivalent experience during your career and possess the following skills:
  • Possess strong knowledge of Microsoft Office365, Azure, and other Microsoft architectures, solutions, and products.
  • Have a proficient level in using Microsoft Copilots with a deep understanding of "prompting" to fully leverage AI technology.
  • Have a solid understanding of Artificial Intelligence with proven experience using Microsoft OpenAI.
  • Be expert in Infrastructure as Code, JSON, ARM, PowerShell, Terraform, low-code, and no-code platforms, with demonstrated use of Microsoft Power Automate.
  • Stay updated with technological advancements to plan technology roadmaps and propose business improvements based on emerging technologies.
  • Operate within budgetary constraints to validate the financial impact of design decisions.
  • Demonstrate autonomy in fully responding to business requests, from need expression to technical implementation.
  • Have a proven experience in managing small projects, managing development teams and overseeing projects.
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills and active listening to develop required solutions according to expressed needs.
  • Be fluent in French and English. German would be considered as a plus
