Within POST Technologies, the Department “Supervision & Operations“ is responsible for the network and infrastructure supervision of POST Group, and the management of services.

 

In order to strengthen our team, we are currently looking for an experienced  full-time Systems Administrator (m/f/n) 

Your missions

  • Install, configure, and upgrade software and systems ensuring minimal disruption.

  • Provide technical support for new products in domain mission critical services (MCx), in domain Remote Site Monitoring, and domain Service supervision

  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, hardware/software problems, and performance issues.

  • Manage and optimize system monitoring and support tools (e.g., Icinga2, Grafana).

  • Ensure system security, integrity, and recovery measures are in place.

  • Prepare operational reports to enhance visibility and coordination with the technical support teams.

  • Assist in other technical requests made by management.

Your profile

  • Have a Bachelor degree in IT/telecommunication and benefit ideally from 5 years of experience in system administration

  • Expertise in system monitoring tools and network protocols (SNMP, HTTP, ICMP)

  • Strong knowledge and troubleshooting skills of Linux server environments, and container technologies (Docker)

  • Proficient in scripting languages (bash, PHP, JavaScript)

  • Database management (SQL), and load balancing (HAProxy, Nginx), are an advantage

  • Be recognized for your analytical skills as well as for your pro-active and team-spirit mindset

  • Be fluent in English, any other languages would be considered as an asset
